By accessing or using Mythe ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at mythe.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mythe. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Mythe is a creative and technical tool. We do not operate as a financial institution, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or offer any financial products.
4.1 Registration
You may register via X (OAuth 2.0 PKCE). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
4.3 One Account Per Person
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, bans, or usage limits.
5.1 Your Stories
You retain ownership of the original stories you write and upload to the Platform. By submitting a story, you grant Mythe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display that story solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services (AI generation, display to you, and as attributed content on your public token page).
5.2 AI-Generated Output
Token names, tickers, descriptions, lore, visuals, and mascot personas are generated by AI using your story as input. You own the output generated from your story, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (AWS Bedrock / Anthropic). You are responsible for ensuring your use of that output complies with applicable laws.
5.3 Content Standards
You agree not to submit stories or content that:

6.1 No Financial Advice
Nothing on Mythe constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens created on Mythe are user-generated digital assets. We make no representation about their value, utility, or legality in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.
6.2 Blockchain Immutability
Once a Solana address or transaction is recorded on the blockchain, it is permanent and cannot be reversed or deleted by Mythe. You acknowledge this irreversibility before creating a token.
6.3 No Guarantee of Deployment
Mythe generates token metadata and Solana addresses. Actual on-chain deployment (minting, liquidity, trading) is your responsibility and may require additional tools, wallets, and fees outside of Mythe. We do not guarantee that any token created on Mythe will be successfully deployed, listed, or traded.
6.4 Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your token creation and deployment complies with applicable securities laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and any other legal requirements in your jurisdiction. Mythe does not provide compliance services.

9.1 Platform Ownership
All software, design, trademarks, logos, and non-user content on Mythe are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Platform itself beyond the limited license to use it as described here.
9.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
Mythe integrates with third-party services including AWS Bedrock, Pixazo, and X. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mythe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mythe regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
